Our community is buzzing with excitement for our major fundraiser of the year: theming the venues for the upcoming Gympie Music Muster. This annual August event brings together music lovers from near and far for a weekend of live performances, camping, and community spirit. And this year, the Gympie Women’s Shed is taking center stage by theming the event’s Venues.
But the success of this ambitious project relies on the participation and support of our community. That’s why we are putting out a call to all willing hands to join construction and crafting sessions held every Monday from 9am to 11am and Wednesdays from 12:30pm to 2:30pm.
We’re inviting everyone who shares our passion for creativity and community to join us in bringing the magic of the Gympie Music Muster to life. Whether you’re a seasoned crafter or just looking to lend a helping hand.
The project involves crafting decorations, building installations, and designing thematic elements to adorn the various venues throughout the Muster site.
In addition to the satisfaction of contributing to a worthy cause, participants will also have the opportunity to earn free tickets to the Gympie Music Muster for themselves and their partners. Those who volunteer to help set up beforehand and pack up afterwards will receive complimentary passes, allowing them to enjoy the festivities while knowing they played a vital role in making it all happen.
