Learn to cut art papers and how to do simple book binding stitches to create your own art journal. We will also be creating our own covers and decorating them with our favourite colours and textures. The perfect journal/book is the result to capture all our creativity in the months to come.

Mixed media is a term used to describe artworks composed from a combination of different media, materials and techniques to create unique works of Art. We will be using but not limited to paint, cloth, paper, wood, found objects, cardboard, photographs, things from nature. Combined with an array of different Craft and Art techniques. These classes have a new project each week but you are encouraged experiment and share personal expression to your piece. Each class offers something different, allowing participants to explore new approaches and discover unexpected combinations. Suitable for all skill levels, a mixed media class provides a fun and supportive environment to develop artistic confidence and creativity.
